How Our Commission Works

As a Tripceylon partner, we charge a flat commission of 10% on each successful booking made through our platform. This helps us maintain and improve the booking engine, offer 24/7 customer support, and invest in marketing to drive more bookings for you.

What Does the 10% Include?

• Access to Tripceylon's fast and secure booking engine
• Customer support management (chat, phone, email)
• Listing promotion on web, app, and campaigns
• Payment handling and dispute resolution
• Fraud protection and guest verification

Payout Schedule

All partner earnings (after commission) are processed within 3 working days after guest check-in. Payments can be received via bank transfer or e-wallet based on your account preferences.

Commission Deductions

The 10% commission is automatically deducted from the total booking value. You will see your net earnings in your partner dashboard for every transaction.

Example

If a guest books your listing for LKR 10,000:

• Tripceylon Commission (10%): LKR 1,000
• Your Earnings: LKR 9,000
