- Always confirm check-in instructions directly via the app or verified email.
- Report suspicious listings or hosts immediately to support@tripceylon.com.
3. Transportation Safety
- Use registered car rentals and drivers available through Tripceylon’s network.
- Ensure the driver shares a verified booking ID before starting the trip.
- Avoid sharing personal details beyond what is necessary for your trip.
4. Health & Emergency
- Keep a basic first aid kit with you, especially when traveling to rural or adventure locations.
- Know the nearest hospital or emergency services number (in Sri Lanka, dial 1990 for ambulance).

5. Reporting & Feedback
